Instructions
Set the barbell in a rack at about knee height and load the appropriate weight.
Stand with feet hip-width apart, shins close to the bar, and grip it just outside your thighs with an overhand grip.
Brace your core, set your chest up, and arch your upper back.
Drive your hips forward and extend your knees to pull the bar up against your thighs to a full standing lockout, exhaling at the top.
Push your hips back and lower the bar under control back to the pins.
