Instructions
Grab the suspension handles and walk your feet forward to lean your body back with arms hanging down.
Brace your core, squeeze your glutes, and keep your body in a straight line.
Keeping your arms straight, raise the handles in front of you until your hands reach shoulder height, pulling your body upright.
Pause briefly at the top, feeling the contraction in your front delts.
Lower your arms under control back to the starting lean.
