Instructions
Position yourself on your knees with your hands shoulder-width apart at the level of your shoulders.
Exhale and raise one leg, kicking it back out behind you without allowing your torso to change its angle or body to rotate.
Continue kicking your leg back until it is greater than parallel with the floor and completely straight.
Inhale and bring your knee forward, returning your leg to the starting position.
After all reps are completed, switch sides and repeat the movement. 10 reps prescribed means you should perform 10 reps on each side (20 total).
