Instructions
Hold a barbell in front of your thighs with an overhand grip, standing tall on one leg with a slight bend in the supporting knee.
Brace your core, retract your shoulders, and keep your back flat.
Hinge at the hip, lowering the bar along your supporting leg while extending the other leg straight back for balance.
Lower until you feel a stretch in the hamstring of your supporting leg, keeping the bar close to your body.
Drive your hip forward to return to standing, squeezing your glute at the top, then repeat on the other leg.
