Instructions
Stand upright holding a barbell behind your back with an overhand grip, arms extended down and the bar resting against the back of your thighs.
Let the bar roll down toward your fingertips so your wrists are fully extended.
Exhale and curl the bar upward by flexing only your wrists, squeezing your forearms at the top.
Inhale and slowly lower the bar back down, allowing the wrists to extend fully.
Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
