Instructions
Hold a barbell in a front-rack position across your shoulders with elbows high, feet about shoulder-width apart.
Brace your core and take a breath, then descend into a squat with heels planted.
Lower until your thighs are parallel to the floor.
Drive explosively through your heels to stand, using the upward momentum to press the barbell overhead until your arms lock out, exhaling.
Lower the barbell back to the front-rack position as you inhale and immediately descend into the next squat.
