Instructions
Set an adjustable bench to a 45-degree incline and lie chest-down with light dumbbells hanging straight down, palms facing each other.
Brace your core and exhale as you raise both dumbbells up and out at roughly 45-degree angles to form a Y above your head.
Squeeze your lower traps and rear shoulders at the top with arms nearly straight.
Inhale and lower the dumbbells under control back to the starting position.
