Instructions
Loop a resistance band around your lower legs and stand with feet hip-width apart in a quarter-squat, knees soft and toes forward.
Maintaining band tension, step one foot out to the side to widen your stance.
Step the trailing foot in to return to hip-width, keeping constant tension on the band.
Continue stepping in that direction for the desired reps, then repeat leading with the other foot.
Keep your hips level and core braced throughout, avoiding any upper-body sway.
