Instructions
Lie on the floor with feet together, arms at your sides, and body straight.
Engage your abs and lift your feet an inch or two off the floor, keeping your lower back in contact with the ground.
Inhale, then lift your legs as you bend your knees to about a 90-degree angle, exhaling at the top.
Slowly straighten your knees and lower your legs back toward the floor while inhaling, keeping your feet off the ground.
