Instructions
Start on all fours with hands under shoulders and knees under hips.
Keep one knee bent at 90 degrees and lift it out to the side, rotating the leg externally at the hip.
Raise as high as your hip mobility allows without rotating your pelvis.
Lower the leg back to the start under control.
Complete all reps on one side before switching.
