Instructions
Set a barbell in a squat rack at a low height. Lie face-up underneath the bar with your chest near the bar.
Grip the bar with an overhand grip slightly wider than shoulder-width and extend your body straight.
Pull your chest up to the bar, leading with your elbows and squeezing the back at the top.
Lower yourself under control and repeat.
