Instructions
Sit on the floor with legs extended and place your hands behind your hips, fingers pointing forward.
Press through your hands and heels to lift your hips into a reverse plank, forming a straight line from head to feet.
Raise one leg straight up, keeping the hips level and core tight, then lower it back down.
Alternate legs each rep or complete all reps on one side, then switch.
