Instructions
Lie flat on your back with both legs extended and arms at your sides.
Keeping one leg flat, raise the opposite leg straight up to about 90 degrees.
Lower it slowly and raise the other leg before it touches down.
Continue alternating legs with a controlled, deliberate tempo.
Press your lower back into the floor throughout the movement.
