Instructions
Lie on your back with knees bent and feet flat on the floor; lift your hips into a glute bridge position and hold.
Keeping your hips level and elevated, slowly lift one foot off the floor, bringing your knee toward your chest.
Lower that foot back down, then repeat with the opposite leg, marching in place.
Maintain constant glute tension and avoid letting your hips drop or rotate throughout.
