Instructions
Place weight plates or a wedge under your heels and position a barbell across your upper back.
Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and toes slightly flared.
Brace your core and descend into a deep squat, letting the elevated heels allow greater knee travel.
Drive through your heels and quads to return to standing.
Repeat for the desired number of reps.
