Instructions
Stand with feet wider than shoulder-width, toes turned out, holding a dumbbell in each hand in front of your hips.
Lower into a sumo squat by pushing your knees out and hips back until thighs are parallel to the floor.
As you drive back up to standing, simultaneously raise both dumbbells straight in front of you to shoulder height.
Lower the dumbbells back to the start position and repeat.
