Instructions

  1. Sit on the floor with hands behind you and fingers pointing forward; press through the hands and heels to lift the hips into a reverse plank.
  2. Keep the body in a straight line from head to heels with core engaged.
  3. Raise one leg straight up as high as comfortable, holding briefly at the top.
  4. Lower that leg and raise the other, alternating for the target reps while maintaining level hips.
