Instructions
Lie on your back with both legs extended and arms at your sides for stability.
Raise one straight leg to about 45 degrees and trace a circle with your foot.
Keep the opposite leg flat on the floor and your lower back pressed down.
Complete the target circles in one direction, then reverse, before switching legs.
Move slowly and with control to maximize muscle engagement.
