Instructions
Start in a downward dog position with hands and feet on the floor and hips raised high.
Keeping your hips square and core engaged, lift one leg straight up toward the ceiling.
Hold the raised position briefly, squeezing your glute at the top.
Lower the leg back to the downward dog position.
Repeat on the same leg for the prescribed reps, then switch sides.
