Instructions
Hold suspension strap handles with arms extended at shoulder height, palms facing down.
With elbows slightly bent, rotate your palms and forearms outward (external rotation) against strap tension.
Hold briefly at peak external rotation, feeling the engagement in the rear shoulder and upper back.
Slowly return to the neutral starting position under control.
Repeat for reps, keeping the core tight and movements smooth.
