Instructions
Stand with feet hip-width apart and arms extended to the sides.
Step one foot back diagonally while simultaneously drawing that same-side arm across the body like an archer pulling a bow.
Return to the starting position and repeat on the opposite side.
Maintain an upright torso throughout the movement.
Alternate sides for the prescribed number of reps.
