Instructions
Anchor a resistance band at chest height and hold one end in each hand, facing the anchor with arms extended.
Step back to create tension, feet staggered or shoulder-width apart.
Row one arm back by pulling your elbow behind your torso while the other arm stays extended — like an archer drawing a bow.
Return the pulling arm and simultaneously row the other arm back.
Alternate sides continuously in a smooth, controlled rhythm.
