Instructions

  1. Stand facing a wall, place hands on the floor about a foot from the baseboard, and kick up into a handstand with feet resting against the wall.
  2. Maintain a tight core and neutral spine while holding the inverted position.
  3. Shift your weight onto one hand and lift the opposite hand to tap that shoulder.
  4. Return the hand to the floor, then repeat on the other side, alternating taps.
  5. Lower yourself down in a controlled manner to complete the set.
