Barbell Palms Up Wrist Curl over a Bench

Instructions
Kneel behind a flat bench and place your forearms on it with wrists just over the edge, palms facing up.
Hold a barbell with an underhand (supinated) grip at shoulder-width.
Lower the bar by extending the wrists toward the floor for a full stretch.
Curl the wrists upward as high as possible, contracting the forearm flexors.
Lower under control and repeat.
