Instructions
Set an incline bench to 45 degrees and lie face down holding a kettlebell in each hand with a neutral (hammer) grip, arms hanging toward the floor.
Row both kettlebells up toward your hips simultaneously by driving your elbows back, keeping palms facing each other.
Squeeze your shoulder blades together at the top, then lower the kettlebells back down under control.
Repeat for the desired number of reps.
