Instructions
Elevate your front foot on a low step or plate and stand in a split stance with your back foot flat on the floor.
Keep your torso upright and brace your core.
Lower your back knee toward the floor by bending both knees until your front thigh is roughly parallel to the ground.
Drive through your front heel to return to the starting position.
Complete all reps on one side before switching legs.
