Instructions
Stand with feet wider than shoulder-width, holding a dumbbell in one hand at your side.
Point the toes of your non-dumbbell side foot outward at an angle.
Keeping both legs relatively straight, hinge laterally to lower the dumbbell toward the floor along the inside of your leg.
Keep your other arm extended upward or pointing to the ceiling.
Drive back to standing through your obliques and repeat for the prescribed reps before switching sides.
