Instructions
Hold a dumbbell or weight plate at arms' length in front of the chest as a counterbalance.
Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and toes slightly turned out.
Squat down by pushing the hips back and bending the knees, keeping the chest tall and the weight acting as a counterweight.
Descend until the thighs are at least parallel to the floor.
Drive through the heels to stand back to the starting position.
