Instructions
Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and hands clasped behind your head or neck.
Hinge forward at the hips with a flat back, lowering your torso until it is nearly parallel to the floor (Good Morning portion).
From that hinged position, bend your knees and sit into a squat, keeping your chest up.
Press through your heels to stand, returning to the upright position.
Repeat for the desired reps, maintaining control through both the hinge and squat phases.
