Instructions
Set an incline bench to 30–45 degrees and lie chest-down against the pad, holding a dumbbell in each hand with palms facing each other.
Allow arms to hang straight down below the bench.
Raise both arms laterally and upward in a wide arc, keeping a slight bend in the elbows.
Lift until your arms are roughly parallel to the floor, squeezing the rear deltoids and upper back.
Lower under control and repeat for the target number of reps.
