Instructions
Set an incline bench to 30–45 degrees and lie face down with your chest supported.
Grip a barbell with a wide overhand grip, arms hanging down below the bench.
Raise the barbell by lifting both arms straight out to the sides until they reach shoulder height.
Squeeze your rear deltoids and upper back at the top of the movement.
Lower the barbell slowly back to the start and repeat.
