Instructions
Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, toes pointed slightly out.
Lower into a squat by pushing hips back and bending knees until thighs are parallel to the floor.
Drive through your heels to stand, then shift weight onto one leg.
Raise the opposite leg straight out to the side as high as comfortable.
Lower the leg and repeat the squat, alternating the side leg raise each rep.
