Instructions
Start in a downward-facing dog position with hips raised and spine long.
Lift one leg straight up toward the ceiling, keeping hips square.
Hold briefly at the top, then lower the leg back to the starting position.
Repeat on the opposite leg, alternating in a controlled rhythm.
Breathe steadily and maintain a neutral spine throughout.
