Instructions
Start in a standard forearm plank with elbows under shoulders and body straight.
Shift your weight slightly to one side and extend the opposite arm straight out in front of you.
Hold this position, keeping your hips level and core fully braced.
Avoid rotating your torso or letting your hips sag.
Hold for the prescribed time, then switch arms.
