Instructions
Begin in Warrior II with your right foot forward, arms extended wide, and front knee bent.
Lower your hands to frame the front foot, then step or jump the front foot back to meet the back foot.
Press into your palms, lift your hips, and straighten your legs into Downward Facing Dog.
Hold for a breath, then step the right foot forward and rise back into Warrior II.
Flow between poses smoothly, then switch sides.
