Instructions
Lie on the floor with a loaded barbell over your chest and take a supinated (underhand) grip slightly wider than shoulder-width.
Unrack or lift the bar and hold it directly above your chest with arms extended.
Lower the bar to your chest under control, keeping elbows at roughly 45 degrees.
Press back up to full arm extension, squeezing the chest at the top.
The floor naturally limits elbow travel, eliminating the bottom range.
