Instructions
Lie on your back with your feet flat against a wall, knees bent at roughly 90 degrees and feet hip-width apart.
Drive through your heels and press your hips up into a full glute bridge, squeezing your glutes at the top.
While holding the bridge, push both knees outward into abduction against the resistance of your own hip muscles.
Return knees to the neutral position, then lower your hips back to the floor.
Repeat for the desired reps.
