Instructions
Start in a high plank with hands under shoulders and body in a straight line.
Shift your weight onto one hand and rotate your hips, sweeping the opposite leg under and through to the far side.
Extend the leg fully and tap the floor if possible, maintaining control of the rotation.
Reverse the motion, sweeping the leg back and returning to the plank position.
Alternate sides for the target reps.
