Instructions
Kneel on one knee and extend the other leg straight out to the side, foot flat on the floor.
Keep your torso upright or lean slightly forward, placing your hands on your front knee or floor for support.
Slowly sit your hips back and away from the extended leg to increase the stretch in your inner thigh.
Hold the stretch for the prescribed duration, breathing steadily.
Return to the starting position and switch sides.
