Instructions
Hold suspension strap handles with arms extended at shoulder height, body upright or slightly leaning.
With elbows slightly bent, rotate your palms and forearms inward (internal rotation) against the strap tension.
Hold briefly at peak internal rotation, feeling the engagement through the chest and front shoulder.
Slowly reverse back to the neutral starting position under control.
Repeat for reps, keeping core braced and avoiding excessive torso rotation.
