Instructions
Sit upright with your upper arm abducted to 90 degrees and elbow bent to 90 degrees.
Keeping the upper arm stationary, slowly rotate the forearm downward (internally).
Stop before losing scapular stability or compensation.
Return to the starting position with control.
Repeat for the prescribed reps or hold at the end range for the prescribed duration.
