Barbell Dead Stop Row with Rack

Instructions
Set safety bars in a rack at about knee height and place a loaded barbell on them.
Hinge forward to about 45 degrees or parallel to the floor, gripping the bar just outside the hips with an overhand grip.
Row the bar up toward the lower chest, driving the elbows back and squeezing the shoulder blades.
Lower the bar fully back onto the safety bars and come to a dead stop before the next rep.
Reset the brace and back position on each rep.
