Set an incline bench to 30–45 degrees and lie back against the pad, holding a dumbbell in each hand with arms extended overhead, palms facing each other.
Keep your upper arms stationary and perpendicular to the floor, then bend at the elbows to lower the dumbbells toward your shoulders.
Lower until you feel a full stretch in the triceps.
Extend your arms back to the starting position by straightening the elbows.
