Instructions

  1. Set up the assisted inverse leg curl machine with appropriate counterbalance weight; anchor your ankles under the pads and kneel on the bench.
  2. With your body upright and core braced, slowly lower your torso forward through the partial range of motion.
  3. Use the assistance from the machine to control the descent.
  4. Curl back up by contracting your hamstrings to return to the upright position.
  5. Repeat for the desired reps.
