Instructions
Lie on your side with hips stacked and knees bent at about 90 degrees.
Keeping your foot flexed, kick your top knee outward and upward in a controlled arc.
Pause briefly at the top of the movement, squeezing the outer hip.
Return your knee to the starting position and repeat for the desired reps before switching sides.
