EZ Bar Reverse Grip Preacher Curl

Instructions

1. Sit at a preacher curl bench and rest the backs of your upper arms on the angled pad; grip an EZ bar with a pronated (overhand/reverse) grip.
2. Start with arms nearly fully extended at the bottom of the pad.
3. Curl the bar upward toward your chin, keeping the upper arms pressed into the pad.
4. Lower the bar slowly back to near full extension and repeat.
