Instructions
Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and arms at your sides.
Perform a squat, lowering until thighs are parallel to the floor.
Stand and raise one leg out to the side, then bring it forward in a front raise.
Lower the leg back to the floor and immediately squat again.
Alternate the working leg each rep, combining the side and front raise in one fluid movement.
