Instructions
Hold a kettlebell in one hand at your side and stand upright.
Step the same-side (ipsilateral) leg back into a reverse lunge, lowering the rear knee toward the floor.
Keep your front knee aligned over your ankle and torso tall.
Drive through your front heel to return to the starting position.
Complete all reps on one side before switching the kettlebell and stepping back with the other leg.
