Instructions
Lie flat on your back with legs extended and arms at your sides, palms pressing into the floor.
Keeping legs straight, raise them to 90 degrees and then curl the hips off the floor.
Lift the hips as high as comfortable, pressing the feet toward the ceiling.
Lower the hips and legs back to the starting position with control.
Repeat for the prescribed reps.
