Instructions
Begin in a high plank position with hands under your shoulders and your body in a straight line.
Keeping your legs straight, lift your hips up and back into a pike position, forming an inverted V with your body.
Hold briefly at the top, then lower your hips back down to the plank position.
Repeat for the desired reps.
